Green Talent 1st Training School

The GREEN TALENT First Training School is set to take place between 1 and 3 December 2026, in Sofia, Bulgaria (hosted by Pensoft). At this first training school, the focus will be on open data sharing, science communication, infrastructure management, grant administration, and legal compliance. 

In addition, during the event, a workshop, led by the University of Helsinki, will take place, aimed at further developing a Special Issue on the Biodiversity-Climate-Society Nexus, tentatively planned for the Ambio journal. 

All GREEN TALENT senior researchers and experts are strongly encouraged to come to Sofia: on the afternoon of the 2nd December, there will be opportunities for you to work with ECRs to further develop our special issue, and on the morning of the 3rd December, we will co-create a high-impact journal article relevant to GREEN TALENT interests.
